The JS48 HA is an automatic hydraulic retractable bollard. Designed and manufactured by FAAC, this bollard is built to control traffic in residential and commercial areas. The integrated hydraulic power unit reduces costs and is installed without laying costly and time-consuming hydraulic lines. The JS models are made from high-strength steel, treated with a cataphoresis coating and an interchangeable protective cover. The JS48 cover is the mDure long-lasting, recyclable protective sleeve, which allows the bollard to be reconditioned, avoiding disassembly and reassembly costs.

All main components are accessible from above for maintenance, inspection, and replacement work, all done without having to remove the bollard from the ground. All JS series bollards use Rislan anti-corrosive polyamide resin that guarantees protection from the weather, corrosion, and chemical agents. Also, the JS series bollards are 3.3 ft. in height and 10.8 in. in diameter, which meets FAAC safety measures but makes them aesthetically pleasing and suitable for every architectural context.
